Tonic Water

Tonic Water is a carbonated water that contains quinine and sugar. Presenting a bitter flavor, Tonic was originally used as a prophylactic (heh…) against Malaria in Africa and Southeast Asia. Today, popular drinks that use Tonic Water include the Gin & Tonic and Mind Eraser.
