Eau de Vie

Eau de Vie is a clear, colorless fruit brandy typically light in flavor. Although derived from French (Translation – Water of Life), Eau de Vie is produced in many other countries under different names like Schnapps (Germany), Grappa (Greece) and  Rakia (Bulgaria). Common flavors include Pear, Apple and Peach.
