Dry Vermouth is a fortified white wine flavored with and assortment of botanicals (roots, barks, flowers, seeds, herbs, spices). While consumed as an aperitif, Dry Vermouth is often used in a variety of cocktails including the Martini, the Brooklyn and the French Kiss.
