Crème de Cassis

Crème de Cassis is a sweet, dark red liqueur made from black currant. Perhaps best known as a primary component in the popular cocktails Kir and Kir Royale, Crème de Cassis has a rich flavor and a bitter twang that goes well with everything from Guinness Stout to lighter Highball cocktails.
