Crème de Cacao

Crème de Cacao is a chocolate liqueur made from cocoa beans and bottled in two styles, dark and clear. Frequently used as a flavoring for various cocktails, Crème de Cacao can be found in old school classics (sense the sarcasm?) like the Grasshopper and the Chocolate Martini.
